When we will refund

• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• You were charged but never received working access to the guide.
• A refund is required by applicable consumer law in your jurisdiction.

How to request a refund

Email support@onsiterepairlaunch.com within 14 days of purchase from the email address you used at checkout, and include the payment reference shown on your receipt. We aim to reply within two business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

What a refund is not for
