OnSite Repair Launch respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you visit this site or buy The Mobile Auto Repair Growth Playbook, and how that information is used.

Information we collect

• Purchase information. When you buy the guide, our payment provider collects your email address and payment details. We receive your email address, the amount paid, and the payment reference so we can record your order and deliver your download.
• Usage information. We record basic, non-identifying events such as page views, button clicks, checkout starts, and downloads, plus campaign parameters in the page address (for example utm_source). We do not build advertising profiles from this.

What we do not collect

We never receive or store your full card number. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not ask for information we do not need to deliver the product.

How we use your information

• To process your payment and record your order.
• To give you secure access to the guide you purchased.
• To answer support requests.
• To understand, in aggregate, how the site performs.

Storage and security

Orders are stored in a secured database. The guide file itself is kept in private storage and is only reachable through a short-lived link issued after a confirmed payment.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email support@onsiterepairlaunch.com. Deleting your order record may remove your ability to re-download the guide.
